the times of ceramics

Ceramics are a living material: it comes from clay, takes shape in our hands, and is transformed by fire. In our workshop, we work with low-temperature clays, which are more malleable and rich in colored glazes to apply, perfect for the artistic and creative approach we prefer (we don't like mass production).
It is a typical technique of southern European tradition, where ceramics is not only a craft but also a cultural and decorative expression. Below you can discover, step by step, the cycle of creating a ceramic piece, from drying times to the magic of the final firing.
